Queres ser um Success Worker? A SUCCESS WORK pretende reforçar a sua equipa para o ano de 2024. Iniciámos um processo de seleção e recrutamento de Cozinheiros/as (m/f) para a zona de Sagres/Lagos. O profissional selecionado terá como responsabilidades:
Armazenar e assegurar o estado de conservação das matérias-primas utilizadas no serviço de cozinha;
Preparar o serviço de cozinha, de forma a possibilitar a confeção das refeições necessárias;
Confecionar entradas, sopas, pratos de carne, peixe, marisco e legumes, e outros alimentos de acordo com receituários e em função da ementa estabelecida;
Articular com o serviço de mesa para satisfazer os pedidos de refeições e colaborar em serviços especiais;
Apoiar na organização e arrumação dos espaços, equipamentos e utensílios do serviço, verificando as existências e controlando o seu estado de conservação.
Requisitos da Oferta:
Experiência profissional como cozinheiro/a;
Conhecimentos básicos de cálculo numérico, pesos e medidas;
Proatividade e flexibilidade;
Dinamismo e capacidade de trabalhar em equipa;
Capacidade de atenção e concentração;
Estabilidade emocional;
Boa capacidade de comunicação e relacionamento interpessoal;
Forte sentido de responsabilidade;
Condições:
Vencimento compatível com a experiência profissional;
Formação e desenvolvimento de competências.
