Le technicien en recherche et développement est chargé de tester et d'améliorer les options existantes pour garantir la sécurité et la satisfaction des clients.
Il collabore avec les ingénieurs pour mettre en œuvre de nouvelles options et documente les résultats des tests.
En cas d'erreurs de fabrication, il propose des solutions et rédige des rapports techniques détaillés.
De plus, il travaille avec le service après-vente pour résoudre les problèmes des clients et teste les matériaux et composants pour assurer la qualité des nouvelles options.
Son rôle est essentiel pour maintenir et améliorer les standards de qualité et de sécurité des produits de l'entreprise.DESCRIPTION DES PRINCIPALES TÂCHES :
Tester, documenter et améliorer les options existantes pour garantir la sécurité et la performance en partenariat avec l'équipe de maintien de produit.Collaborer avec les ingénieurs pour mettre en œuvre de nouvelles options et exécuter des tests pour valider la bonne et due forme de la conception.Proposer des solutions aux erreurs de fabrication et rédiger des rapports techniques détaillés lorsque nécessaire.Travailler sur des projets provenant de l'équipe après-vente pour résoudre les enjeux soulevés par des clients.Tester les matériaux et composants pour assurer la qualité des nouvelles options :
(résistance mécanique statique, vibration), propagation des flammes, résistance aux impacts.Maintenir et améliorer les standards de qualité et de sécurité des produits de l'entreprise par des projets d'amélioration.QUALIFICATIONS ET APTITUDES REQUISES :
DEC en génie mécanique Bonne connaissance du logiciel SolidWorksExcellente connaissance des outils Microsoft OfficeExcellente capacité d'analyseConnaissance de l'anglais écrit (anglais parlé est un atout)Bonne connaissance des matériaux et des procédés de mise en formeSouci du détailBonne capacité à s'adapter aux changements de prioritéCapacité à travailler sur des projets avec date de fin fixeBon esprit d'équipe
