Le titulaire du poste est en contact régulier avec tous les intermédiaires aux ventes. Il est responsable de la formation et de la performance technique de l'équipe des ventes internes, de la maintenance des outils et de la formation technique et en lien avec les normes. De plus, il s'assure que les procédures de ventes internes sont exactes et maintenues à jour (ISO).
DESCRIPTION DES PRINCIPALES TÂCHES :
~ Est responsable de la formation des coordonnateurs des ventes internes et des évaluations mensuelles des performances des individus en mettant l'accent sur la qualité du travail, les options et les normes;
~ Est responsable du maintien des procédures ISO pour l'équipe des ventes internes (signatures électroniques (nouveau), soumissions, commandes, concessions, « bid assistance », etc.);
~ Est responsable de la formation sur l'outil informatique Bus Builder et des concessions avec les distributeurs;
~ Est le pont entre les plans de plancher et les ventes internes, en créant des outils pour améliorer la qualité du travail et s'assurer que l'équipe les utilise au quotidien. Est en communication constante avec le chef de l'équipe des plans de plancher;
~ Assiste à toutes les réunions de créations d'options et ramène à l'équipe les informations pertinentes, tout en maintenant à jour les outils internes;
~ Joue un rôle concernant les mises à jour des normes, en s'assurant que l'information est accessible à l'équipe et que les documents sont bien tenus à jour (ex : le fichier des spécifications des distributeurs). Est en communication constante avec le département des normes;
~ Participe à toutes les évaluations de l'équipe des ventes internes;
~ Contribue à l'amélioration continue des processus;
~ Effectue toutes autres tâches connexes.
COMPÉTENCES ET QUALIFICATIONS REQUISES :
~ Avoir un minimum de 5 années d'expérience en service à la clientèle;
~ Être bilingue à l'écrit et à l'oral puisque plus de 80% de nos fournisseurs communiquent en anglais;
~ Être rigoureux, avoir un esprit analytique et avoir le sens de l'initiative;
~ Avoir un bon sens de l'organisation et de la minutie;
~ Avoir de la facilité pour travailler avec une équipe dynamique;
~ Posséder une solide connaissance de la suite Microsoft Office (Excel avancé) et du système AS-400 (un atout);
~ Être capable d'intégrer facilement de nouveaux processus;
~ Être passionné par son travail et être axé sur les résultats;
~ Être capable de gérer les priorités et la pression.
