Nous recherchons un(e) assistant(e) technique en pharmacie motivé(e) !NexWav, une entreprise spécialisée dans les services en santé et services sociaux, est à la recherche d'un(e) assistant(e) technique en pharmacie prêt(e) à relever de nouveaux défis dans les régions nordiques.
Ce poste offre l'occasion de travailler dans un environnement exceptionnel, au service de communautés éloignées, tout en vivant une aventure humaine enrichissante.Vos principales responsabilités :
Préparation des prescriptions :
Préparer les ordonnances conformément aux prescriptions médicales, sous la supervision du pharmacien, incluant la mesure, le comptage, l'étiquetage et l'emballage des médicaments.Service à la clientèle :
Accueillir les patients, répondre à leurs questions sur les médicaments et diriger les demandes complexes vers le pharmacien.Gestion des stocks :
Veiller à l'approvisionnement adéquat des médicaments et autres produits pharmaceutiques, en passant les commandes nécessaires.Contrôle de la qualité :
Surveiller les dates d'expiration des produits et retirer ceux qui ne sont plus conformes.Gestion des dossiers :
Tenir à jour les dossiers des patients, incluant l'historique des prescriptions et des traitements.Collaboration d'équipe :
Travailler étroitement avec les pharmaciens et les collègues pour garantir un service conforme aux normes de qualité et de sécurité.Ce que nous recherchons :
DEP en assistance technique en pharmacie.Expérience pratique en pharmacie (un atout) et certification en gestion des médicaments.Bonne maîtrise de l'anglais.Attention exceptionnelle aux détails pour assurer la précision des ordonnances.Excellentes compétences en service à la clientèle et en communication.Familiarité avec les logiciels de gestion pharmaceutique.Capacité à gérer la pression dans des environnements à rythme élevé.Conditions et avantages :
