• e et dynamique pour gérer et déployer des projets d'envergure visant à améliorer l'efficacité des équipements et des processus manufacturiers. Si tu as une solide expérience en gestion de projets manufacturiers, maîtrises les équipements de fabrication, l'automatisation et la sécurité des machines, ce poste est définitivement pour toi.
Dans ce poste, tu auras l'occasion de :
Structurer et organiser les projets de mise en service de nouveaux équipements, modifications de bâtiments et gestion des sous-traitants
Superviser et coacher un ingénieur de projets au sein de ton équipe
Rédiger les cahiers des charges et collaborer avec le service des achats pour l'acquisition des équipements
Contribuer à l'élaboration de stratégies manufacturières, en lien avec la croissance et le remplacement d'équipements
Assurer la conformité des équipements en matière de sécurité et de risques, en collaboration avec la coordonnatrice SST
Assurer la conformité environnementale du site
Veiller à l'innovation technologique pour repérer et intégrer les tendances émergentes

Profil Avec les compétences et les qualités suivantes, tu auras du succès dans ce rôle :
BAC en génie de la production automatisée, génie mécanique ou dans un domaine similaire
Expérience de 7 à 10 ans dans la gestion de projets manufacturiers, notamment en équipements de transformation de métaux, usinage, soudure et peinture
Connaissance en automatisation et robotisation
Bonne maîtrise des normes légales et en sécurité des machines
Bilinguisme (français/anglais) afin de pouvoir discuter avec nos fournisseurs anglophone
