Strategy Consultant / Lead Recruitment Partner, Healthcare

We are looking for a Lead Partner to lead our growth and expansion in one of our business units.
You can expect to make a significant impact on healthcare staff and patients as well as quickly earn at least $16,000 per month in the first year, as a freelance contractor.

Our enterprise offers both a strong Purpose and a generous Commission and Equity Scheme, offering you the opportunity early initially a whopping 40% of your sales income (commission only income), whilst you'll have the option to transition to a compensation + equity scheme model in the future and become one of the company leaders.
This should enable you to achieve financial security and be able to retire within a few years, if desired.

You'll be working with a small, dedicated team and have the chance to make a real impact on the lives of healthcareorganizations, their staff, and the patients they serve.

The role can be performed fully remotely from anywhere in Canada.

You will benefit from a crash training period at the start, covering recruitment, tools, methods, mindset, soft skills and Psychology.

Your first placement should happen about two months after your start date as you will be provided with:

• Intensive initial training and mentoring by the founder to our proven processes and tools, as well as to the niche sector.
• The lead Generation will be done for you and for your future team by our marketing people.
  This means you would receive a steady flow of client leads and candidates from day one.
• We have our own in-house developed Technology and CRM to give us a lead in our service delivery.
• We will work as a team:
  A skilled management team at group level will be providing you with multiple services to help you focus on consulting for clients and candidates.

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

The initial purpose of your role would be to improve the lives of Healthcare Organisations, Healthcare Professionals and Patients, whilst achieving our financial targets.

MAIN MISSIONS:

• Your role would be to mainly provide expert Recruitment Consulting Services as well as closing placements to help organisations serve their communities of patients, and the healthcare staff to improve their lives.
  You will develop and use a complex mixture of skills to achieve that ranging from soft skills and psychology to strategy and tech skills.
• Be a strategist who helps our clients with practical and innovative solutions,while also identifying new sustainable sources of revenue or service lines to grow the business
• Become an Expert:
  you will become an expert in your healthcare niche.
  This will involve a broad and deep knowledge base in your Healthcare niche and in Recruitment, but also in Human Resources, Immigration law, Contracts, Accounting, Real Estate, etc.
  So this is a diverse role, knowledge-rich, where you'll touch upon several disciplines.
  This would put you in a great position to help organisations, healthcare professionals and patients.
• Scale-up:
  with close support from our group you will scale up the Recruitment and Consulting services that we have already successfully launched in Canada.
  

THE TEAM

As a start-up, you will initially work with a small, tight-knit team, including:

• The Founder and Advisors:
  Providing strategic guidance and support.
• CloserMed Americas Management Team:
  Collaborating closely with the CFO, Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) and Chief Technology Officer.
• Peer Partners:
  sharing best practices with the Partners of our other business units in North America.
• Various freelancers

REQUIREMENTS

• Willing to start the role in a small structure (early-stage start-up), and carry out hands on recruitment work, closer to our clients and candidates, before scaling up.
• French speaking would be ideal though not required
