We are seeking a Corporate Marketing & PR Specialist to lead our branding, public relations, and social media efforts across multiple platforms. This is a hands-on role ideal for a creative, proactive communicator who thrives as a self-starter and innovator. The successful candidate will manage corporate messaging, generate compelling content, remediate and optimize visuals, and execute strategic marketing campaigns that elevate Infotek's brand presence and drive engagement with clients, candidates, and partners.
Marketing & PR Strategy
Develop and execute a corporate marketing and public relations strategy aligned with Infotek's business goals.
Build brand awareness through thought leadership, earned media, and strategic communications.
Collaborate with leadership to shape messaging for press releases, corporate announcements, and internal communications.
Content Creation & Visual Branding
Create, write, and edit engaging content for social media, email campaigns, blogs, case studies, and the corporate website.
Design graphics, videos, and reels using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite to enhance storytelling.
Remediate and optimize existing visual assets to meet brand standards, accessibility requirements and platform specifications.
Maintain a consistent and professional brand voice and visual identity across all media.
Social Media Management
Own and manage Infotek's social media calendar (LinkedIn and Instagram).
Monitor analytics and engagement metrics to optimize content and drive audience growth.
Use relevant hashtags, keywords, and community engagement tactics to expand reach.
Support employer branding and talent attraction initiatives with tailored messaging.
Coordinate speaking opportunities, media outreach, and awards submissions.
Work with recruiters and account managers to spotlight consultants, events, and achievements.
2-4 years of experience in marketing, communications, or PR (experience in professional services or tech recruitment is a plus).
~ Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills across multiple formats.
~ Proven ability to manage and grow social media accounts.
~ Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and basic image remediation techniques.
~ Understanding of SEO, analytics, and content performance metrics.
