L'Empire Vie est à la recherche d'une ou d'un gestionnaire bilingue des règlements pour se joindre à son équipe des Opérations, Solutions d'assurance collective.
Cette personne respecte des contraintes de procédures définies et travaille sous la supervision modérée de la ou du gestionnaire, Règlements vie et invalidité.

Enquêter, évaluer et déterminer l'admissibilité au paiement initial et continu des demandes de règlement selon les renseignements médicaux, les exigences de l'emploi, les facteurs non médicaux, les dispositions du contrat et les protocoles du secteur/service en respectant les normes de service établies.
~ Bilinguisme français et anglais
Connaissance de la terminologie médicale et des protocoles/pratiques exemplaires en gestion de l'invalidité
Expérience approfondie des logiciels de traitement de texte, de feuilles de calcul, de courriel, d'Internet et de bases de données
