As our E-commerce Manager , you will be responsible for launching and scaling a parts and accessories marketplace that serves customers shopping for recreational vehicles across our platforms (RV Trader, Boatmart, Cycle Trader, Commercial Truck Trader, etc.).
Manage the daily operations of the e-commerce platform, ensuring a seamless shopping experience.
Develop and execute marketing initiatives to drive sales, including promotions, email campaigns, and abandoned cart strategies.
Work closely with the UX/UI team to integrate Accessories messaging into the main marketplace sites, ensuring a cohesive user experience.
Collaborate with retailers to onboard products, manage inventory visibility, and support their success on the platform.
Monitor and analyze performance metrics, optimizing strategies for customer engagement and revenue growth.
5+ years of e-commerce management experience, preferably in marketplace environments.
~ Proven ability to develop and execute digital merchandising and promotional strategies.
~ Strong background in digital marketing, including email, SEO, and performance marketing.
~ Experience working with third-party retailers or vendors in an e-commerce setting.
~ Proficiency in e-commerce platforms, analytics tools, and CRM systems.
~ Excellent communication and project management skills.
Experience with Shopify, Magento or similar e-commerce platforms
Email marketing campaign
Automotive or recreational e-commerce experience
