Bottle Rocket Search is a headhunting firm that was built on energy, edge, and execution . We're the rocket fuel behind some of the fastest-growing coworking, flexible workspace, and PropTech brands on the planet.

Now, we're launching our North America expansion, and we're looking for a street-smart, client-obsessed, battle-tested leader to take the reins.

This isn't a job. It's a build . We've been running for 18 months with great success,s but we want to grow wider and quicker. You'll be the architect of a high-performing region. You'll make noise. Break into new accounts. Tell our story to the right people. Win business. Deliver. And scale a team under you as we take the U.S. and Canada by storm.

What You'll Be Doing

Cracking into the market. You'll be the second boots on the ground, leading business development and pitching to Founders, CCOs, and Talent Heads across coworking, real estate, and tech.
Winning work. We don't chase RPOs or post-and-pray recruiting. You'll win retained, high-impact searches that actually matter.
Delivering excellence. You'll manage the full recruitment cycle - sourcing, interviewing, closing - with support from global delivery when needed.
Building a team. Once you're up and running, you'll hire, train, and inspire a North American team under your vision.
Being a brand ambassador. You'll show up to conferences, networking events, client offices - wherever the action is - and represent us with charisma and credibility.
