We are seeking a motivated Bilingual Inside Sales representative to join our Sales Operations team. As a Beautifi Inside Sales representative, you will be responsible for supporting ongoing operations and driving efficiency within the Customer Experience and Business Development teams, communicating with internal stakeholders and external Clinic partners. The selected candidate will work collaboratively with our Business Development Managers (BDMs) across Canada, and cross-functional teams, to support all aspects of account management and customer support operations, including, but not limited to, account and client communications, maintaining files and documentation in CRM, and enabling daily operations to drive growth and revenue for Beautifi.

Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with assigned clinic partners.
  • Own outreach and address immediate needs and concerns of assigned accounts promptly in collaboration with BDM.
  • Conduct regular check-ins with assigned accounts to ensure goals and objectives are being met.

Sales Operations:

  • Collaborate with BDMs to identify and pursue new business opportunities with assigned accounts to drive growth and revenue.
  • Collaborate with BDMs and marketing to develop and execute strategies to increase penetration in assigned accounts and across segments.
  • Present program details, demos and training, in a virtual setting on an 'as need' basis independently and/or in collaboration with BDM.
  • Oversee the implementation and delivery of materials and promotional items to assigned partners.
  • Manage expectations and clearly communicate progress updates and/or address concerns.
  • Attend conferences, industry events, and tradeshows on occasion if needed/requested by management.

Account Growth and Retention:

  • Work closely with assigned accounts to understand their business needs and challenges and collaborate with BDM to identify solutions to achieve goals.
  • Monitor account performance and KPIs regularly to ensure we are on pace to achieve targets.
  • Identify opportunity for improvement in integrations with assigned accounts and share insights and suggestions with BDMs.
  • Nurture relationships and engage/re-engage with 'Partners-not yet funded' to inspire loyalty, desired action, and fundings.

Sales Operations Administrative Support and CRM Management:

  • Provide administrative support during onboarding of all new partners including, but not limited to fraud check, remittance verification, vendor portal provisioning and enabling marketing material development.
  • Maintain detailed records of conversations and activity on assigned accounts.
  • Advise assigned accounts when first fundings take place and set follow-up task for BDM to follow-up to schedule training.
  • Provision necessary/requested account changes, ensuring revisions, notes and changes are clearly indicated so all cross-functional teams are aware.
  • Support rushed EFT/rushed funding requests.
  • Audit SF Accounts to ensure all necessary fields are populated and with accuracy.
  • Collaborate with manager to identify areas of improvement in process, customer and clinic experience, and resources.
  • Monitor and analyze use of marketing materials (brochures and custom assets).
  • Own outreach and address immediate needs and concerns of assigned accounts promptly in collaboration with BDM.
  • Work closely with the Sales team to gather required documentation from clients and clinics (e.G., EFT payment details from clinics, clinic quotes for approved deals).

Market and Industry Knowledge:

  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors.
  • Provide feedback and insights to BDMs and affected cross-functional teams to enhance our program and service offerings and better meet client needs.

Qualifications

Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Experience:
3+ years of experience in account management, B2B sales, or business development (preferably in the aesthetics/ elective medical procedures space).

Skills and Personal Attributes:

  • Bilingual in English and French, with a minimum of C1 fluency for both languages.
  • Strongorganizational and time-management skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving start-up environment.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

What we offer

  • $55,000 - $65,000 base salary (Commensurate with Experience)

Location

Ideal applicants will be located within the Greater Toronto area. Our Toronto office is located at Liberty Village.
