by 2030, we aim to offer 3,000,000 hours of care each year across multiple provinces.In the role of Care Support you will play a supporting role to members of the broader Kindred Home Care Team.
You will function as the hub of communication, supporting our caregivers, clients and their families.

Managing Incoming Calls & CasesHandling book-offs and filling shiftsResolving scheduling anomalies and confirmation callsEscalating Cases to Coordinators, Managers, HR, Payroll & FinanceQualifications:
Fluency in both french and english is a must2+ years of clerical and customer contact experienceProficiency in using various technologiesSuperior critical thinking, organizational, and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsCapacity to react quickly and re-prioritize tasksExperience in scheduling would be beneficialPositive, flexible, and reliable work attitudeAble to commit to working on call every other weekendMust live within Atlantic CanadaWe are committed to diversity, equity and inclusion.
