Sixone is a leading technology startup company developing advanced recycling technologies for blended plastics and plastic-based products.
The technology applies process digitalization and advanced analytics to build a recycling system to enable efficient plastics recycling.
Our goal is to revolutionize the economics of recycled materials through innovative processing and materials technologies.
Sixone Labs has an opening for a motivated and detail-oriented Chemical Analyst to support research in depolymerization and chemical recycling of consumer plastics.
A successful candidate will form an integral part of a dynamic, innovative, and diverse research and development team.
An ideal candidate will have a foundational background in chemistry, data analysis, and quality control, with a willingness to learn and grow in polymer chemistry and chemical recycling of plastic materials.
Evaluate and analyze data, conduct statistical analyses, create models, and find correlations to explain the observed reaction efficacies.
Document results and establish standard operating procedures (SOPs) as part of the research and development of Sixone's chemical recycling methods.
Bachelor of Science, Bachelor of Engineering, or currently pursuing a post-Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or Materials Science.
