Location: Hybrid (Vancouver, BC)

Competitive Salary: $100,000 - $120,000 per year plus Quarterly bonus

Job Type: Full-time

Role Overview:

As a Senior UX/UI Designer at Roomvu, you'll lead design strategies to shape our platform's future. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to create intuitive, visually stunning user interfaces that elevate customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead UX/UI Excellence: Conduct user research, design innovative solutions, and manage the full design process.

* Own the Design Process: From initial concept to final implementation, ensuring alignment with our brand.

* Create Exceptional Designs: Develop wireframes, mockups, and prototypes with tools like Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.

* Collaborate Effectively: Work with developers, product managers, and marketing teams to integrate designs seamlessly.

*Stay Updated: Keep pace with design trends and continuously improve our product's user experience.

Qualifications:

* 7+ years of UX/UI design experience, with a strong portfolio showcasing innovative product designs in North America

* Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field.

* Proficiency in design tools (Figma, Adobe Creative Suite) and prototyping.

* Strong knowledge of user experience principles, usability testing, and accessibility standards.

* Leadership experience managing end-to-end design projects.

* Excellent communication and collaboration skills, thriving in fast-paced environments.

Desirable:

Knowledge of the real estate industry is a plus but not required.
