SENIOR DISTRICT MANAGER Based in:
Moncton, Saint John (Preferably) or Halifax As a District Sales Manager, you will oversee multiple stores, coach Store Managers, and execute strategic sales and operational initiatives.
You are the ultimate brand ambassador, passionate about people, performance, and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead 6+ stores with a focus on KPIs, team development, and sales growth - Hire, train, and mentor Store Managers - Oversee visual merchandising, payroll, and P&L performance - Build local brand visibility and support new store openings - Drive community engagement and customer loyalty Profile We're Seeking:
- 5+ years leading multi-unit retail teams (6+ stores) - Strong background in customer service, HR, and retail operations - Hands-on leader with high energy and strategic mindset - Proven track record in exceeding targets and motivating teams - Full mobility and availability (weekends/evenings/holidays)2.
SENIOR STORE MANAGER Location:
Saint John (NB) As a Senior Store Manager, you'll own your store's success-from team development and visual merchandising to KPI performance and clienteling.
You'll lead by example and help build a world-class customer experience.
- Daily sales coaching and KPI-driven planning - Motivate, train, and empower your team - Oversee stock, visual standards, and store operations - Act as a brand ambassador within the community - Identify internal talent and create succession plans Ideal Profile:
