Garantir un environnement de travail sécuritaire en appliquant et en promouvant les politiques de santé et sécurité au travail;Encadrer les activités du service de maintenance et optimiser les ressources pour garantir la productivité et la qualité;Assurer la gestion et la planification des maintenances, des arrêts planifiés et des travaux d'entretien majeur;Participer activement à l'élaboration et à la mise en place des meilleures pratiques de maintenance préventive et prédictive;Maintenir une présence active en usine pour épauler son équipe et gérer les défis qui se présentent;Suivre les budgets alloués et contrôler les coûts tout en optimisant les performances;Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les différents départements de l'usine pour assurer le bon déroulement des activités de production et maintenir une ambiance de travail harmonieuse.Tu veux faire partie de l'équipe de Produits forestiers Arbec Inc.
• Tu possèdes :
Un baccalauréat ou un diplôme d'études collégiales de niveau technique en ingénierie, en maintenance ou dans tout autre domaine pertinent;Un titre de l'Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec (un atout);Un minimum de 5 ans d'expérience pertinente en gestion dans un environnement manufacturier, idéalement syndiqué;La santé et la sécurité ainsi que l'esprit d'équipe comme principales valeurs au travail;Un leadership affirmé et une aptitude à influencer positivement les équipes;D'excellentes compétences en communication et en gestion des priorités;Un sens de l'organisation, une pensée critique et une capacité à résoudre des problèmes complexes;Une solide éthique de travail, un bon jugement et une capacité à prendre des décisions efficaces.Pour te permettre de mieux connaître Produits forestiers Arbec Inc.
