PSPC offers hybrid work arrangements:

A pool of candidates will be established to fill positions in various locations. Positions may be indeterminate, term, acting, assignment, deployment, secondment, specified period or casual.

Information you must provide

In order to be considered, your application must clearly explain how you meet the following (essential qualifications)

Education:

Graduation with a post-secondary diploma from a recognized technical institute, in a field related to design and construction of real property projects.

Experience:
• Recent experience in managing real property projects.
• Experience in providing advice to clients.
• Experience in managing multidisciplinary teams in the delivery of real property projects.
• Experience in managing procurement processes related to project delivery such as Design Bid Build (DBB), Design Build (DB), Construction Management (CM).

Recent experience is defined as having managed real property projects for a minimum of five years within the last 10 years including at least three years of Canadian experience.

Knowledge:
• Knowledge of project management practices.
• Knowledge of technical engineering practices and codes.
• Knowledge of management in organizing multi-disciplinary teams to deliver projects.
• Knowledge of contract and procurement management.

Competencies:
• Values and Ethics - demonstrating integrity and respect.
• Thinking things through - innovation through analysis and ideas.
• Engagement - working effectively with people, organizations, and partners.
• Excellence through results - delivering through own work, relationships, and responsibilities.
• Client Service Level 1.

Certification:
• Training or Certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI) or Training or Certification as a Project Management Professional (PMP).

Operational Requirements
