Key Responsibilities:

Team Supervision

Oversee daily operations and staff on shift
Delegate duties, support team productivity, and maintain service quality
Provide on-the-job training and feedback to team members

Guest Service & Operations

Ensure a high standard of customer service and food presentation
Handle guest concerns and support positive dining experiences
Maintain cleanliness and safety across all areas

Compliance & Inventory

Enforce food safety and hygiene procedures
Assist with inventory tracking and ordering supplies
Monitor shift reports and ensure accurate records

Schedule:

8-hour shifts
Morning, afternoon, or evening availability
Weekdays and weekends as required

Candidate Profile:

If You Are in Canada:

Minimum 6 months of supervisory experience in a food service setting
Interest in building a long-term career in Calgary

If You Are Outside Canada:

3+ years of relevant food service leadership experience
English language proficiency at CLB 6 or higher

General Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent
Familiarity with food handling, safety, and service standards
Effective communication and team leadership skills
