We are looking for
SAP FICO Sênior,
who wants to learn and transform his career.
In this role you will:
Elicit business requirements from customer stakeholders, document them and build & configure solutions working with development team.
Bring in strong business process knowledge on FICO processes and integration with cross modules like SD, MM, TM, WM etc.
Build global O2C template and propose process improvement plans.
Ensures appropriate process designs, including the correct business requirements.
Modelling and documenting business processes using the process methodology. Providing conceptual and detailed designs to meet business needs and working together with the development team on SAP Configurations & custom developments.
Coordinating with business, As-Is/To-Be, Configuration, unit testing, user acceptance tests, cutover, go-live and post go-live activities.
Communicate effectively with business stakeholders and development team - adoption of Agile methodology.
Ensure effective communication to all stake holders from scope, Risks and Business Impacts perspective.

Experience in SAP FICO.
Strong and proven understanding of SAP landscapes and terms, including management of change and management of a parallel/dual SAP landscape.
Experience with expertise in: FI/CO /FI-GL and FI-NewGL, Business Process / FI-AA, Master Data / FI-AP, Profitability Analysis /FI-AR, Asset Classes /Material Ledger, COPA /Treasury, Intercompany Sales /LSMW, Functional Specifications /Test Scripts,
Internal Orders /Profit Centers, Cost Centers /Effort Estimation,
Credit Management / Bank Accounts, Cash Management /Gap Analysis.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills combined with effective listening skills.
Solid organizational skills with the ability to prioritize work in a busy environment.
Experience with cutover and data migration activities.
Knowledge in ITIL / AGILE
Good cooperation skills and able to work cross-capability with a mix of internal and external consultants.
Ability to develop documentation such as Functional Specification
Desirable Skills:
SAP ABAP Debug Skills
Experience in SAP FICO S4/Hana and in implementation projects with Brazil Localization
