• Provide Tier 1, 2 & 3 support for cloud services and infrastructure.
• Monitor cloud server health, backup systems, and manage formal documentation.
• Analyze and manage tickets using a tracking system.
• Collaborate on cloud projects from concept to execution (deployments, migrations, automation, etc.).
• Participate in client meetings, gathering requirements and ensuring deliverables meet expectations.
• Ensure cloud environments align with best practices, security, and compliance requirements.
• Support infrastructure as code and DevOps initiatives.
• Assist in vendor technical management.
• Contribute to internal knowledge base and support transition to managed services.

• 3+ years of experience in cloud engineering, infrastructure, or DevOps roles.
• Proficient with AWS and Azure cloud platforms.
• Experience in scripting, automation, and CI/CD tools.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to troubleshoot scaling and reliability issues.
• Certified AWS or Azure Solutions Architect preferred.
• Understanding of IT infrastructure, security compliance, and vendor engagement.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.

We are looking for a Senior Cloud Systems Engineer to join our growing team. This is a hands-on, technical leadership role for someone with deep expertise in AWS and/or Azure who thrives in complex environments and enjoys driving transformation across infrastructure, platforms, and services.

• Lead technical design and implementation of cloud solutions across AWS and Azure.
• Design and execute migration strategies from traditional infrastructure to hybrid or cloud-native environments.
• Ensure security, monitoring, backup/recovery, and resiliency of cloud infrastructure.
• Automate deployment and infrastructure management using Infrastructure as Code and DevOps best practices.
• Actively support 24x7x365 operations across multiple cloud platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Monitor and troubleshoot services to ensure operational stability.
• Maintain and evolve cloud security controls using native tools and third-party services.
• Contribute to technical documentation, internal knowledge base, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Guide and mentor junior engineers and assist IT leadership in cloud strategy planning.

• 5-7 years of experience in infrastructure or software engineering with 3+ years in cloud technologies.
• Hands-on expertise with AWS and/or Azure , including certifications (e.g., AWS/Azure Solutions Architect).
• Proven experience with cloud migrations, hybrid cloud architecture, and enterprise transformation.
• Strong scripting and automation skills (e.g., Terraform, ARM, Bicep, CloudFormation, Bash, Python).
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools and methodologies (e.g., GitLab, Jenkins, Azure DevOps).
• Experience with monitoring, incident response, and disaster recovery planning.
• Background in cloud security, compliance, and vendor collaboration.
• Excellent documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
