Become an essential part of our Tosca-team, where you'll uphold our top-tier Quality & Food Safety (QFS) and Health & Safety (H&S) standards! Your efforts will ensure we consistently deliver outstanding service to our customers.
Lead the charge in fostering a vibrant QFS and H&S culture, and ignite program awareness through engaging internal communication.

Responsibilities

Quality & Food Safety (50%)

• Scheduling and conducting audits on-site on 3rd party and Tosca own sites against Tosca Standards (QFS and HS)
• Documenting quality assurance activities and creating audit reports
• Complying with the company's quality standards
• CAPA Registration and follow-up on open points with stakeholders
• Conducting trainings on-site on QFS and/or HS Topics (product trainings, quality standards, inspections, 'spotlight on safety', etc.)
• Maintaining up-to-date training matrix & training schedule, registration (QFS and HS), including HS support introducing manual.to software to depots
• Complaint investigation
• Conduct Quality controls based on the pre-defined schedule in depot and office locations
• Conduct supplier evaluation, approval
• Make recommendations for improvement
• Other tasks and duties on QFS or HS as assigned

Health & Safety (50%)

• Provide administrative support in HS:
  prepare reports and presentations as required, prepare scorecards, perform trend analysis of accidents and near misses…
• Perform RiskReporter administrator role
• Follow up on HS audits in iAuditor and on paper
• Coordinate workwear/PPE related tasks
• Keep HS Sharepoint up-to-date
• Assist in reviewing and updating risk assessments and SOP's
• Hands-on support at depot level rolling out new HS programs and standards, addressing HS related issues
• Organize annual safety campaign

Your skills and experience

• You've obtained a Bachelor's degree or you've acquired equivalent knowledge through experience.
  Motivation and willingness to learn is more important than years of experience.
• You are fluent, both written and spoken in English.
  Knowledge of German, Spanish, Italian, Dutch or any other language is considered a plus.
• You have knowledge, or a strong interest in Quality, Health and Safety.
• You have an eye for accuracy and know how to set priorities.
• You can work independently and in a structured manner.
• You communicate in a professional and constructive way.
• You are willing to travel between different sites throughout the Tosca network in EMEA.
• You know your way around MS Office.
  On-the-job training will be provided for our internal software.
