About the Role

You will play a pivotal role in shaping the success of our Consumables / Third Party portfolio.
This is a high-impact role that will give you the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams across the organization.

Optimize product portfolio based on life cycle, product demand and new product introduction
Serve as product champion and expert with internal collaborators, global marketing, sales teams, quality, production and customers.
Support sales through the creation of product collateral, training materials, and active participation in the sales process, including customer visits.
Collect and maintain data related to the market, product, capability positioning, and competitors, enabling data-driven decision-making across the portfolio.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in chemistry, chemical engineering or similar applied science required
3+ years' experience in related customer-facing applications, product management or product development & commercialization roles.
Results-oriented with a high sense of urgency.
Demonstrated ability to make precise data-driven decisions in ambiguous scenarios.
Ability to work independently, be highly organized, and have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
The ideal candidate will have product development experience, analytical testing and an expert in lab consumables

Job Requirements

Ability to work in a hybrid work environment.
Demonstrated ability to analyze data and formulate.
Experience working in global cross-functional teams.
Travel:
approximately 25% (international).
Demonstrated an ability to communicate in both written and spoken English.
