As a Senior Business Banking Manager, you will achieve this by primarily developing & maintaining relationships with brokers, real estate agents, accountants (including other business bank lending affiliates) prospective and new to bank business owners.Banking is changing and we're changing with it, giving our people great opportunities to try new things, learn and grow.

Maintain and leverage deep circle of influence and broker relationships.Drive a structured, disciplined weekly operating rhythm to drive strong sales momentum.Use data & insights to engage potential and existing customers and to identify opportunities.Make cold calls as part of your acquisition approach.Collaborate with ANZ stakeholders to solve complex problems.Deliver excellent customer outcomes and experiences.What will you bring?To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
Business Development experience to build relationships and drive commercial outcomes.Experience with credit assessment and management.Ability to plan and prioritise to deliver on customer needs and strategic priorities.Strong commercial acumen and ability to drive efficiencies and long-term value.Strong stakeholder management to anticipate, understand and identify different needs.A passion for helping business owners thrive.Proven experience developing new and existing relationships with business owners and external networks.FSR Tier 2 certificate.University degree will be well regarded.You're not expected to have 100% of these skills.
