Retail Shop Assistant (Casual) - 15+ hours per week
About the role
Intersport Lismore is seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Retail Shop Assistant to join our team on a casual basis.
This is a great opportunity to work in a vibrant retail environment, where you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and assisting with a range of store operations.
The role offers flexible hours, with a minimum of 15 hours per week, and is based in our store located in Lismore, NSW 2480.
What you'll be doing
Providing outstanding customer service and assisting customers with product inquiries, recommendations and purchases
Maintaining a clean, safe and well-presented store environment
Restocking and replenishing merchandise as needed
Operating the cash register and handling cash and card transactions
Assisting with inventory management, including stock takes and processing online orders
Supporting the store manager with various administrative tasks as required
What we're looking for
Previous experience in a retail or customer service role, preferably in the sports or fashion industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a genuine passion for providing exceptional customer service
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities, with the flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced environment
A positive, friendly and professional attitude, with a keen eye for detail
Availability to work flexible hours, including Saturdays
