We're looking for a seasoned SAP Basis Principal Consultant to lead our high-performance team and drive strategic SAP technology initiatives.
This role demands a deep understanding of SAP architecture, extensive hands-on experience, and a proven track record of executing complex SAP projects.
1.
Strategic Consultancy:
Guide clients in their SAP strategy, providing expert advice on system architecture, security, and performance optimization.
2.
Complex System Architecture Design:
Design and architect complex SAP systems, considering future growth and technological advancements.
3.
Project Leadership:
Lead large-scale SAP Basis projects from conception through to delivery, managing cross-functional teams and third-party vendors.
4.
Technical Innovation and Thought Leadership:
Stay updated with the latest trends and innovations in SAP technology.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the SAP Basis environment.
5.
Risk Management:
Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with SAP implementations, upgrades, and migrations.
6.
Vendor and Partner Management:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with SAP technology vendors and partners to ensure optimal use of resources and cutting-edge solutions.
7.
Mentorship and Talent Development:
Mentor junior consultants, share knowledge, and contribute to their professional development.
8.
Client Relationship Management:
Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, understanding their business needs and translating them into SAP technology solutions.
9.
Quality Assurance:
Ensure the delivery of high-quality SAP solutions by implementing robust quality assurance processes and standards.
