About the Role
As the Software Engineering Discipline Lead, you will be the primary authority in software engineering practices at EOS DS. You will lead, mentor, and manage a team of talented software engineers and architects, ensuring engineering excellence throughout the software lifecycle-from concept and architecture to delivery, testing, and sustainment.
You will collaborate with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to align software capability with business strategy, introduce new technologies, and continuously improve engineering processes and outcomes.

EOS Defence Systems is a global leader in advanced technology systems for the defence sector. We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Software Engineering Discipline Lead to oversee, develop and drive our software engineering capability across a growing portfolio of defence projects.
This is a senior leadership opportunity that blends deep technical expertise with people leadership, strategic thinking, and innovation. You'll lead a high-performing software engineering team, define and embed best-practice processes, and play a key role in the delivery of complex, secure, and reliable software solutions.
