Town Planner

We're on the lookout for a seasoned, people-focused Town Planner to join our growing team.

You'll be responsible for managing client relationships, coordinating projects from start to finish, and delivering meaningful outcomes-on time and on budget.This is more than just a planning role.

Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholdersLeading and coordinating project teams across varied planning assignmentsPreparing and lodging development applicationsUndertaking planning assessments and site investigations and analysing QLD legislation and planning frameworksContributing to business growth through the preparation of tenders, proposals, and submissionsEssential Experience + AttributesWe welcome applicants at emerging and senior stages to apply for this role.
The right candidate will bring:
Tertiary qualification in Town Planning or Urban Planning4-8 years of industry experience, ideally in Brisbane or the broader SEQ regionStrong knowledge of the Planning Act and DA rules and processesDemonstrated ability to juggle priorities and meet deadlinesExceptional written and verbal communication skillsA proactive, motivated mindset with the ability to work independently and within a teamBonus Points For:
