Senior Family Lawyer
Salary: Salary package is fully based off years of Family Law PAE, Billables and what you can bring to the firm. Salary is open to negotiation, but between $150,000 to $200,000 for the right candidate.
Location: Milton, Brisbane or Sunshine Coast
Ideally for: Senior Associate Family Lawyers, Senior Family Lawyers & Special Counsel Family Lawyers.

The Role - Family Lawyer:
In this role as a Specialist Family Lawyer, you will be managing Junior Lawyers & Paralegals. You will train and mentor your team to become efficient and successful lawyers. You will also be dealing with complex cases and 40-50 files. You will have billable targets of 4.5-6 hours per day while also having the ability to manage/support your team. You will be looking at the following areas in family law;
