About the Role:
As part of our Outcomes team in Gippsland, you will lead the team delivering services in one of our residential homes in Bairnsdale.
You will work alongside people we support, their families/guardians and staff to ensure that the people we support receive the highest level of care.
You will work with an incredibly supportive, knowledgeable, and committed Operations Manager who is there to support you.
In addition, you will be supported and coached by our Practice Quality and Safeguards team, who are experts in Zero Tolerance, human rights-based Positive Behaviour Support, and a person-centred approach.
This is a Supported Independent Living house caring for 3 individuals with both intellectual and physical disabilities.
Operating under a sleepover model on a fortnightly rotating roster, this home requires tailored support, including behaviour support, mealtime assistance, manual handling, allergy management, bowel care and medication administration.
