The ideal candidate will bring hands-on expertise in Incident and Problem Management within cloud-native environments, while also establishing scalable support frameworks grounded in Agile and ITIL methodologies.
This is a senior leadership role requiring deep technical knowledge, exceptional communication and people management skills, and a strong passion for mentoring high-performing teams.

• Demonstrated experience in a senior technology leadership role such as Lead Developer, Delivery Architect, or CTO.
  
• Proven ability to foster strong partnerships with Product, Engineering, and Operations teams.
  
• In-depth understanding of architectural best practices for scalable, cloud-based platforms.
  
• Capable of forming and guiding multidisciplinary teams into a cohesive, high-output function.
  
• Strong awareness of technology trends and their practical applications to business strategy.
  
• Financial acumen including budgeting and technology-driven business planning.
  
• Skilled in conducting technical research and system analysis to inform strategic decisions.
  
• Define, enforce, and continuously improve software engineering standards and best practices.
  
• Strengthen Agile development culture and optimize development workflows.
  

• Play a key role in shaping the company's technology roadmap to align with evolving business goals.
  
• Provide leadership across software engineering initiatives and strategic project execution.
  
• Serve as a trusted voice for technology vision, direction, and innovation.
  

• Translate business strategy into actionable designs, development plans, and technology solutions.
  
• Optimize feature deployment processes to maximize developer productivity and efficiency.
  
• Lead solution architecture and design reviews to ensure robust implementation.
  
• Deconstruct complex initiatives into achievable workstreams and deliverables.
  
• Collaborate with technical leads to define KPIs, monitor engineering output, and drive performance.
  

• Ensure the security, stability, and uptime of mission-critical applications and infrastructure.
  
• Architect scalable and cost-efficient IT and business systems.
  
• Proactively manage technical risk, debt, and platform sustainability.
  
• Enable growth through forward-thinking technology investments.
  

• MSc/BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or other advanced degree is a plus.
  
• Proven expertise in Cloud SRE practices across AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  
• Deep understanding of Single Sign-On (SSO) and Identity Access Management (IAM).
  
• Familiarity with telephony systems, office LAN/WAN infrastructure, and disaster recovery protocols.
  
• ITIL Certification required; experience implementing ITIL-based service management.
  
• Hands-on experience configuring Jira Service Desk and managing Jira Software projects.
  
• Strong background in KPI tracking and service uptime reporting.
  
• Advanced problem-solving skills in performance and capacity planning.
  
• Prior experience in fintech is highly desirable.
  
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  
• Comfortable collaborating within diverse and geographically distributed teams.
  
• Experience with ISO27001 certification processes and PCI compliance standards.
  
• Familiarity with KYC (Know Your Customer) frameworks and payment processing workflows.
  
• Strong interest in cryptocurrency, blockchain technologies, or online trading platforms.
