• We are hiring a Creative Lead / Senior Art Lead for one of our clients in Dubai.Key Responsibilities:
Lead the visual direction and output across campaigns, brochures, walkthroughs, digital ads, social posts, and branding.Oversee creative development across formats:
static, animated, print, digital, and video.Work closely with graphic designers, motion designers, video editors, and writers to ensure top-tier creative output.Provide hands-on execution using Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, and other Adobe tools.Build and maintain brand guidelines, design systems, and campaign styles.Review all creative before it goes live, ensuring visual and messaging consistency.Act as a mentor and leader to junior designers and content creators.Collaborate with marketing, PR, and leadership teams to translate briefs into standout creative.Qualifications and Experience:
A seasoned visual creative with 8 to 10 years of experience, preferably from a top-tier creative agency.Portfolio demonstrating depth, versatility, originality, and an understanding of luxury, lifestyle, and architecture.Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
Bonus for After Effects or 3D tools.Ability to draw/sketch ideas and communicate visual direction clearly.Understanding the balance between creative expression and commercial delivery, with the ability to execute under pressure.Thrives in high-speed environments and is willing to go the extra mile to ensure quality.Highly familiar with modern creative tools and AI-enhanced workflows, such as MidJourney, RunwayML, Adobe Firefly, and other next-gen content platforms.Eager to explore, experiment, and integrate cutting-edge creative technology into the brand's visual output.
