Key job responsibilities
The Amazon UAE Advertising team is offering an exciting 3-month program for ambitious graduates interested in digital advertising; As a participant you will gain in-depth knowledge of Amazon's advertising solutions, develop crucial business skills, and work with renowned brands.
You will gain comprehensive knowledge of the digital advertising industry, become proficient in Amazon's advertising products, and learn how these solutions drive business growth for brands.
1. Gain expertise in Amazon's advertising tools and solutions to develop relevant advertising strategies and deliver exceptional customer service
2. Support the team in driving new business growth across Amazon Ads customers
3. Analyze and understand customer challenges, requirements, and identify opportunities where advertising solutions can deliver value.
4. Monitor and optimize account performance to ensure maximum ROI and advertiser satisfaction
5. Collaborate with various Amazon organizations (Retail, AWS) to build a comprehensive understanding of Amazon's ecosystem and specific categories/brands
6. Develop and enhance analytical and problem-solving capabilities essential for the role
7. Build knowledge of the e-commerce industry, competitive landscape, and product offerings
8. Partner with external agencies on specific projects to understand their operations and the broader advertising industry ecosystem
A day in the life
During the program, you will develop business relationship management skills, expertise in digital commerce growth strategies, and professional presentation abilities. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with various Amazon divisions and external partners, analyzing customer needs and optimizing advertising strategies. The program duration is 3 months
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
• Available to commence the program on September 2025. You should then be available for 3 months, full time (40h/week)
• A Final year student who will be graduated by the time of the program start date, or graduated in the last twelve months with a degree in business administration, management, economics, e-commerce, mathematics, engineering, statistics, or related field
• Fluent written and verbal communication in English
• Legal right to work in UAE

• Ability to innovate and simplify current processes and practices
• Strong direct sales skills and a proven track record of performance
