We are seeking an experienced and self-driven Project Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of SAP S/4 HANA and Proaxia implementations.
The ideal candidate will take full ownership of planning, executing, monitoring, and closing the project with minimal supervision, working closely with business stakeholders, internal teams, and vendor partners.
This role demands a high degree of ownership, communication, time management, and delivery capability under tight timelines.Duties and Responsibilities:
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria in alignment with business expectations
• Develop detailed project plans, task-level schedules, and budget forecasts
• Manage cross-functional project teams, assigning responsibilities and tracking progress
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues proactively
• Monitor overall project health including cost, quality, and timeline adherence
• Drive vendor collaboration for SAP and Proaxia solution components
• Organize and lead steering committee reviews, status meetings, and stakeholder updates
• Ensure timely documentation and compliance with PMO standards and best practicesQualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business; Master's preferred
• Minimum 10 years of experience in IT project management, with at least 3 full-cycle SAP implementations
• Proven track record in managing SAP S/4 HANA and Proaxia modules end-to-end
• Agile/Scrum Master certification (PMI-ACP or equivalent) with practical experience in hybrid project delivery models
• Demonstrated ability to manage projects independently and under pressurePreferred Skills & Attributes

• Proficiency in project tools like Celoxis, MS Project, Excel, and Jira
