FTE and working pattern: 1FTE, Full time - 35 hrs per week

The Provost's Fellowship Programme
Edinburgh Business School Dubai is expanding, and as part of our commitment to developing early career academics, we are launching the Provost's Fellows program. We seek enthusiastic colleagues to join our School. This two-year Fellowship supports development in learning, teaching, and research.
We are looking for Fellows in Management, Marketing, and Operations.
This program is designed for recent PhDs with limited teaching and research experience who aspire to an academic career. Fellows will be mentored and have an individual development plan.

Edinburgh Business School (EBS) Dubai is the largest of five Dubai Schools, with staff across three campuses, offering undergraduate and postgraduate degrees. We are a global university, and our growing student body provides opportunities to attract talent and expand our academic capacity.
What are we looking for?
We seek motivated and qualified candidates with a doctoral qualification, especially those without extensive teaching experience, to develop their teaching and research portfolios for a successful academic career.

Our programme
We provide a structured annual plan to enhance teaching and research skills, supporting students, collaboration, and research activities.
What will you be doing?
Responsibilities include:

Teaching undergraduate students
Conducting research with mentor support

Support provided
Workshops on teaching skills, technology, student engagement, assessment, peer review, and research development, including conference funding opportunities.

Education & Qualifications

PhD or equivalent
Bachelor's degree
Fluent in English
Experience in diverse teams
Professional membership
Teaching experience
HEA membership
Industry links experience
