An Executive Project Manager (or Executive Project Coordinator ) is responsible for overseeing high-level projects within an organization, often with a focus on strategic goals and objectives. Executive Project Managers typically handle major initiatives that have significant business impact and require effective communication, problem-solving, and leadership.

Ensure Contractor Assignment and SLA Adherence.
Review Daily Booking Schedule Report.
Forecast SLAs and Proactive Action.
View and Monitor SLA on CAFM.
Check for Evidence.
Apply Deductions and Send Advance Notifications.
Audit Contractor Equipment and Guidelines.
Conduct Spot Checks.
Address Non-Compliance.
Schedule Post-Job Meetings.
Evaluate Customer Satisfaction.
Assess Work Area Cleanliness.
Understand the Cause of Unhappiness.
Offer a Solution.
Follow Up.
Validate BOQ with Picture Proof.
