Fulfillment Manager

*Fulfillment Manager - Dubai Fulfillment Center
• This position is responsible for managing all aspects of the order fulfillment process at Noble Panacea which includes managing the fulfillment team by supervising team leaders, setting expectations, directing, and motivating team members, while focusing on managing inventory, order accuracy to consumers and retail partners and liaising with delivery partners. The roles and responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to the ones mentioned below. This position is based in the Fulfillment Center in Dubai but reports to the Operations Manager who is based in the US. This position assists the operations department of the brand at a global level in the daily execution of its business, to support the brand in achieving its business goals. The roles and responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to the ones mentioned below.
• Manage the daily order tracking and fulfillment and ensure orders are processed in accordance with the organization's customer service standards.
• Serve as the link in the Fulfillment Center between the Customer Care Center, Product Packaging, Shipping, Delivery Partners, and Procurement.
• Oversee the setup, packaging, and allocation of all products for customer shipment, retailer distribution and into warehouse inventory.
• Support Customer Care Representatives in updating the customers on their order status as orders progress through the cycle.
• Ensure adequate inventory levels are maintained to process orders on time and maximize customer satisfaction.
• Monitor the demand forecast provided by the sales team and alert the Director of Operations when inventory levels are low.
• Manage the organized storage of finished products and materials in the Fulfillment Center warehouses (on-site and remote).
• Work with Procurement to maintain adequate inventory of supplies needed for daily operations.
• Primary point of contact with shipping carriers regarding daily service, pick up time frames and special service requests.
• Analyze shipping and delivery options and suppliers to optimize cost; and study offers from 3rd-party shipping and delivery companies when applicable.
• Study customs implications and consequences on various shipping methods.
• Work with local authorities to ensure compliance with regulations, including, but not limited to Customs and the Free Zone Authorities.
• Ensure seamless import and export operations in accordance with local laws and regulations.
• Focus on continuous improvement to increase productivity, increase accuracy, and improve workflow.
• Participate in the development and execution of a distribution services plan that ensures all receiving, storage, order fulfillment, inventory control, logistics and assembly functions meet company, financial and customer service goals.
• Utilize operations experience, strong leadership skills and a highly motivated character to implement and enforce the company's SOP's and adapt them to local requirements where needed in collaboration with the Operations Team.
• Work with the Operations Manager to achieve financial objectives and prioritize employee development, performance metrics and accountability within the fulfillment center.
• Provide input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility and impact the budget.
• Develop hiring plans with the Operations Manager and conduct hiring interviews of fulfillment applicants to maintain efficient operations and to support company growth and departmental improvement.
• Manage a safe workplace by advocating for and organizing training and accident prevention/preparedness.
• Communicate company standards and policies and take proactive corrective actions in collaboration with Administration and Human Resources to ensure compliance.
