Shabatura is a Berlin-based creative house specializing in branding, film, design, and innovation. We craft compelling narratives and immersive experiences that blend aesthetics, storytelling, and technology. Our services include brand strategy and creative direction, film and content production, design and aesthetics, and 3D motion graphics and CGI. We bring a global perspective, innovative thinking, and high aesthetics to create work that resonates and inspires. We see Dubai as a very promising market and plan to establish the agency there.
Role Description
We are an ambitious agency looking for a passionate Co-founder and Investor to join our team. If you are interested in supporting and scaling a creative, dynamic business with high growth potential, this opportunity is for you.
Qualifications
Experience in brand strategy and creative direction
Strong skills in marketing and business
Expertise in design and aesthetics, including visual identity and digital presence
Knowledge of 3D motion graphics, production, and CGI is beneficial
Exceptional communication and leadership skills
Ability to work independently and remotely
Previous experience in a co-founder or executive role is a plus
