About the Role
We are hiring a

Marketing & Content Manager

to support the day-to-day execution of CNTXT AI's marketing strategy. This role is ideal for a hands-on professional with solid tech and AI knowledge, creative instincts, and the ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment.
You'll work closely with the VP of Marketing to translate high-level GTM strategies into consistent content, streamlined campaigns, and impactful field presence.
This is not a coordination-only role. You will create, publish, optimize, and manage - with a particular emphasis on communicating complex AI concepts in simple, engaging ways.
Key Responsibilities
This is a role for a builder.

You'll move quickly, take ownership of your lane, and make sure things get published, launched and delivered-without waiting on reminders.
1. Content Execution & Brand Consistency
Turn strategy into publish-ready content across LinkedIn, Meta, Instagram, and X-drafting copy, visuals, and managing scheduling
Support branded assets for campaigns, internal updates, and employer branding with freelancers and creative partners
Maintain a consistent, performance-driven publishing rhythm via the content calendar, aligned with CNTXT's tone and messaging
Keep messaging libraries and creative assets organized, updated, and accessible across teams and partners
2. Creative & Production Enablement
Help coordinate video shoots, designs assets and short-form content with creatives and freelancers
Schedule and queue content across platforms, ensuring timely leadership approval
Track timelines and asset quality to ensure all content is on-brand and optimized per platform
Maintain a curated asset library to support faster campaign launches and repurposing
3. Marketing Operations & Performance Management
Maintain and improve core marketing systems-calendars, trackers, asset libraries, dashboards
Ensure all campaigns are properly tagged, tracked, and logged, with pre/post-launch visibility
Liaise with agencies to align messaging and ensure smooth execution across paid and organic channels
Spot trends and drop-offs to support test-and-iterate cycles and smarter content planning
Manage the Marketing Ops Toolkit: SOPs, reporting templates, UTM rules, naming conventions
Maintain core tools (Planable, Figma, HubSpot), ensuring updates and clean workflows
4. Field Marketing & Event Support
Support logistics for events and speaking engagements
Assist with briefing docs and coordination across internal/external stakeholders
Capture or coordinate event content (photos, quotes, clips), and assist with post-event output
Repurpose event assets into thought leadership and visibility content
Track competitors, campaigns, influencers, and trends
Draft or localize Arabic content to ensure clarity and cultural fit
Coordinate influencer outreach, approvals, and content tracking
Recommend process tweaks to improve content delivery, reuse, and collaboration
Key Requirements
Min 5 years of B2B marketing experience in tech, SaaS, agency or startup environments
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (Master's is a plus)
AI literacy : Completed coursework or certification in AI/GenAI (required)
Arabic fluency : Able to write, localize, and review Arabic-language content
Proven ability to own content execution and manage multi-channel campaign delivery with minimal oversight
Hands-on experience with marketing tools like HubSpot, Figma, Mixpanel, clickup, Looker Studio, Google Analytics etc.
Strong writing and editing skills, especially for social content and multi-channel campaigns
Familiarity with GCC enterprise audiences and regional business culture
