Graphic Designer Company:
Abu Dhabi Accountability Authority Job Objective:
Conceptualize creative designs for a wide array of media to support the overall business requirements of Abu Dhabi Accountability Authority (ADAA) in accordance with the communication policy, procedures, and ADAA brand identity, as well as the overall Abu Dhabi Government-wide communications guidelines.
Key Responsibilities/Duties A.
Strategy and Planning:
Contribute to the development, implementation, and update of the section-related policy, procedures manual, delegation of authority, systems user manuals and standard forms, and ensure alignment with ADAA's overall policies and procedures.
Contribute to the development, implementation, and update of the sections' strategic, budget and procurement, and operational plans ensuring alignment with the department and sector strategy and objectives, and ADAA's mission and vision.
Assist in the development of the section Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and ensure to meet individual KPIs to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
B.
Operations:
Work on a wide range of campaigns and media, using various design software to visualize and develop innovative graphic designs that meet the objectives of the project, taking into consideration copyright requirements.
Ensure designs follow ADAA's guidelines, express ideas accurately, and translate strategic directions into high-quality design within the brand identity.
Work independently and cooperatively on multiple projects with the strategic communications team, meeting deadlines and budget constraints, scheduling project implementation based on workload.
Develop concepts by hand or with software, and execute original content determining ideal usage of color, text, font style, imagery, and layout.
Create, update, and maintain internal databases for all creative assets and resources needed for record keeping and referencing.
Create multiple concepts for campaign-related activities whilst demonstrating profound design expertise and trend awareness.
Transform statistical data into visual graphics and diagrams, often creating infographics.
Collaborate with the media operations team to maximize creativity and excellence in performance and delivery.
Design different types of graphics such as infographics and illustrations per business requirements and in line with the brand identity.
Collaborate with print vendors for optimum output and attend pre-press meetings to ensure high quality and adherence to ADAA standards.
Develop the overall layout and production design for advertisements, brochures, magazines, and corporate reports.
Identify and create original designs for projects based on ADAA specifications, needs, and business requirements.
Adhere to UAE copyright law to protect intellectual property rights and avoid copyright infringement.
C.
Talent Management and Development:
Ensure completion of required trainings and certification programs to keep current with job requirements.
Obtain timely performance review assessments for midyear and annual performance reviews and ensure to meet the set KPIs.
Keep current with updated information relevant to the role to ensure standard performance level is achieved.
Contribute to knowledge dissemination/sharing to build internal capabilities of the team.
Contribute to the development of UAE National employees in line with the objectives of the Authority and its Emiratization strategy.
D.
Corporate:
Ensure adherence and compliance with all ADAA corporate policies, procedures, and guidelines.
Prepare section-related correspondence such as emails, memos, and letters to ensure professionalism, completeness, and accuracy of information.
Retain, document, preserve, and archive section-related physical and electronic records.
Respond to section-related queries and provide required support to relevant ADAA's organizational units and employees.
Utilize relevant technologies used within ADAA to optimize work efficiency.
Demonstrate compliance with ADAA's values, Code of Business Conduct, and ethics at all times.
Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement and sustainability of systems, processes, and practices.
Contribute to the preparation and submission of timely and accurate statements and reports.
Co-operate in the implementation of relevant health and safety legislation, policies, and procedures.
E.
General:
The level of performance should reflect the academic qualification and type of courses in the field of specialization.
The academic and professional certificates required and approved by ADAA should be acquired within the specified period.
Perform tasks and responsibilities independently unless approval to delegate is obtained.
Ensure teamwork, collaboration, and dedication in performing duties.
Requirements:
