The
Chef De Partie
is responsible for supervising and overseeing the preparation of food items for guest orders, ensuring consistent quality. This role requires a special talent and passion for ensuring the culinary team delivers the highest standards of culinary excellence and that our food offerings are at the center of the guest experience. This role is part of the
Butcher & Still Kitchen , reporting to the Restaurant Chef.
What you will do:
Ensure our guests consistently receive the highest level of service excellence.
Follow production, portion, and presentation standards.
Maintain a safe and sanitary work environment.
Assist in setting up plans and actions to control food waste.
Develop and mentor the team.
What you bring:
A minimum of 2 to 3 years of culinary and supervisory experience in a similar role, specializing in Asian cuisine within a luxury hotel or brand.
A creative flair, bringing your personal touch and energy to all food and beverage experiences.
An outgoing personality and a can-do approach to tasks.
Proficiency in English (speaking, reading, writing).
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
