Join Fairstone Financial as a Financial Consultant in Loan Solutions.
A typical day includes:
- Supporting customers and prospective customers via phone and in person to provide excellent service.
- Assessing loan applications accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Following credit policy rules closely to ensure risk parameters are maintained.
- Gathering necessary loan information.
- Selling our loan and protection products.
- Closing loans both virtually and in person.
- Following up on past-due customer accounts.
- Handling cash controls, including accepting payments.
- Engaging in personal training and development to enhance the customer borrowing experience and build trust and loyalty.

Must-haves:
- Authorized to work in Canada.
- High school diploma or equivalent (asset).
- Strong communication skills.

- At least 1 year of experience in loan underwriting or financial institutions.
- Experience with loan origination software.
- Post-secondary education in Finance or Business Administration.
- A positive, supportive attitude to foster a gratifying work atmosphere.
