Spécialiste des relations clients bilingue - Temps plein, opportunité permanente.
Heures d'ouverture :
Du lundi au vendredi, de 6 h 00 à 20 h 00 HNE (doit être flexible pour travailler 8 heures pendant cette période).
Lieu :
Centre-ville, Winnipeg
Hybride - 2 jours au bureau, 3 jours à la maison.
Salaire : 46,000$
Le candidat doit également satisfaire aux critères suivants pour être admissible au poste :
- Avoir le statut permettant de travailler au Canada au moment de la candidature.
- Réussir le processus de vérification approfondie du gouvernement.
- Passer une vérification des antécédents criminels.
- Passer une vérification de crédit.
- Passer une vérification de fiabilité, qui exige que les candidats aient maintenu 5 années continues de résidence au Canada au moment de la candidature.

Responsabilités :
Les responsabilités du spécialiste des relations clients bilingue comprennent (sans s'y limiter) :
- Dépanner / résoudre efficacement les demandes de renseignements par téléphone / e-mail à l'aide de divers systèmes et outils en temps opportun.
- Fournir des réponses précises aux membres existants et nouveaux tout en maintenant le plus haut niveau de service client.
- Participer activement à un environnement d'apprentissage continu où vous bénéficierez d'opportunités de perfectionnement.
- Excellentes compétences en communication en anglais et en français.
- Doit être en mesure de réussir une vérification des antécédents criminels et le processus de vérification amélioré du gouvernement.
- Doit avoir des compétences Microsoft Office et une capacité à apprendre plusieurs systèmes informatiques, basés sur Windows et autres.
- Doit être capable de démontrer sa capacité à résoudre des problèmes par le biais d'enquêtes et à prendre des décisions en temps opportun.
- Solides compétences informatiques / multitâches.
- Une expérience préalable en service client ou en centre d'appels est requise.
- Capacité à travailler sous pression et à s'adapter.
