We are currently looking for a Senior Advisor to join us at Sao Paulo, Brazil.

The Role
We have embarked on an exciting journey to grow the Urban Climate Resilience (UCR) business within Wavin to tackle the climate change challenges .
The aim is to expand our portfolio and move from component to solution provider, establishing a truly global commercial client approach.
To support our growth ambitions, we are looking for a Senior Advisor.
Your role as a Senior Advisor is to combine engineering know-how with business sense to help our customers and internal sales teams.
You will also be responsible for local business development through thought-leadership and by bringing client propositions earlier in the value chain.
Your aim will be to shape the client vision in the market, create opportunities for us to sell the integrated Wavin solution, and support your customers through the design phase of their projects.
Your Responsibilities:
- Identify market opportunities and defining key priorities building long-term relationships with strategic upstream accounts, (engineers, designers, developers, investors, architects).
- Conduct technical-commercial negotiations with upstream clients (engineers, architects, developers, investors, municipalities, and designers), emphasizing the value-added benefits of our portfolio
- Responsible for sales and GSM targets and focus on contributing to business objectives
- Collaborate with Marketing and the Business Unit (BU) to develop relevant and targeted content for the UCR segment.
- Perform post-sales activities to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term business continuity.
- Participate in the development and launch of new products, aligned with market needs and innovation trends.
Your Profile:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as hydraulic engineering, civil engineering, urban planning, (landscape) architecture, or related fields.
- 5+ years of relevant professional experience in Consulting Sales, budget management, products specification, experience with tenders, works with the public and private sector.
Management of proposals, prospecting for new business, technical analysis of projects, preparation of proposals, estimates, management of proposals via CRM from receipt of projects to delivery to the customer, prior analysis of contracts, monitoring of customers, prospects and investors in technical visits , control of customer visits .
- Experience interacting with clients on their technical level and a proven track-record of winning projects and understanding full project scopes.
- Strong technical background and experience in design, evaluation and construction of stormwater management or similar Urban Climate Resilience systems (Nice to have).
- Proficiency with both CRM and Project management.
- You have knowledge of the local market opportunities and challenges.
- Fluent English (We will have our interview in English).
