  3. Teen 1940 was die (toi-toi, “swing”, vastrap) hoog in die mode.
  4. Die tiekiedraai was ‘n (stadige, vinnige, walsende) dans waarin paartjies op ‘n spasie so groot soos ‘n “tiekie” in die rondte kon draai.

e) Moderne musiek

volgende uitsprake:

‘n Mens sonder musiek is soos ‘n hoender soos vere!

Musiek bring mense bymekaar.

(Mango Groove)
Mbuke 4.

Kyk nou of jy elke beskrywing in kolom B by die kunstenaar/groep in kolom A kan pas:

A B
Ladysmith Black Mambazo 1.
Johnny Clegg 2. Sing snitte op Paul Simon se Graceland-album, en het in 1985 ‘n Grammy-toekenning ontvang.
Mango Groove 3. Hierdie is Maleierkore.
Kaapse Klopse 4.

Julle moet soveel verskillende musiekinstrumente as moontlik gebruik.

In hierdie blok is meer as 40 musiekinstrumente versteek . . Ken jul elkeen?

explain assimilatory nitrate reduction
Esinniobiwa Reply
Assimilatory nitrate reduction is a process that occurs in some microorganisms, such as bacteria and archaea, in which nitrate (NO3-) is reduced to nitrite (NO2-), and then further reduced to ammonia (NH3).
Elkana
This process is called assimilatory nitrate reduction because the nitrogen that is produced is incorporated in the cells of microorganisms where it can be used in the synthesis of amino acids and other nitrogen products
