My mother and I

go shopping to buy

the food that we eat

and things that we need

We put tins in the trolley

a bottle and a box

my sister wants a lolly

and I need new socks

Mum says that vitamins

are good for my health

but I am tempted

by the very last shelf

Wrapped in bright coloured paper

are chocolates and sweets

I want to eat all

My, what a feast!
