Wanneer mense iets beleef wat hulle ontstel, word hulle angstig of gespanne. Hulle sê gewoonlik hulle stres nou. Dis nie swak mense, vrouens of oumense wat aan stres lei soos baie manne dink nie - nee, almal kan aan stres ly. Een of ander tyd vang die groot S jou. Hoe jy die spanning hanteer - dis wat saak maak!

Party mense kry stres soos ’n ligte verkouetjie. ’n Snuifie of twee en alles is verby. Ander mense kry dit weer soos ’n erge griep. Hulle kry swaar! Soms moet hulle mediese behandeling kry. Dis beter om ’n dokter te vra om iets voor te skryf as wat jy jouself dokter met allerhande pille, dwelms of drank. Dié klas goed maak net jou probleme op die ou einde baie groter.

Hoe weet ’n mens of jy stres het? Jy voel dit! Lees wat sê Bernadine: “As ek musiekeksamen moet speel, dan voel daar of daar skoenlappers in my maag is. Soms is dit so erg dat my hande bewe.” Nou ja, as die eksamen verby is, dan is Bernadine weer ontspanne. Sarah sê: “As ek eksamen skryf, is ek naar en my maag pyn voor ek begin.” Joseph sê: “Ek kan nie slaap as ek ’n sokkerwedstryd moet speel nie. Ek word kort-kort wakker.”

2. Watter maniere is die verkeerde wyse van stres hanteer?

can someone explain to me, an ignorant high school student, why the trend of the graph doesn't follow the fact that the higher frequency a sound wave is, the more power it is, hence, making me think the phons output would follow this general trend?

Nevermind i just realied that the graph is the phons output for a person with normal hearing and not just the phons output of the sound waves power, I should read the entire thing next time

Follow up question, does anyone know where I can find a graph that accuretly depicts the actual relative "power" output of sound over its frequency instead of just humans hearing
