The numbers are 16 and 12. One third of the sum of two numbers is 6 and one fifth of the difference is 2. What are the numbers? A 14 pound mixture of grapes sells for $3.10$ . Type 1 grape sells for 25¢ a pound and type 2 grape sells for 20¢ a pound. How many pounds of each type of grape were used? 6 pounds of Type 1 and 8 pounds of Type 2. The cost of 80 liters of a blended cleaning solution is$28. Type 1 solution costs 20¢ a liter and type 2 solution costs 40¢ a liter.
