Cómo introducir contenido en Connexions importando documentos Word.

Sinopsis

Es posible convertir un documento Microsoft Word en un fichero CNXML. Los módulos de Connexions utilizan el formato CNXML que contiene el texto ylas instrucciones para mostar imágenes u otros ficheros. Para convertir un documento Word a formato CNXML primero hay que crear un nuevo módulo yluego importar el documento Word al módulo creado. La función "Import" aplica marcas CNXML a los estilos de caracteres y a los párrafos del documento Word.

La conversión de un fichero de Word necesita menos trabajo con las marcas CNXML cuando se aplican los estilos del documento platilla de Connexions alfichero Word antes de importarlo. El uso del documento platilla de Connexions es opcional, pero muy recomendable.

Los documentos de Connexions no solo contienen información estructural sobre el documento, también contienen información semántica. Esto significa queusted no solo resalta un texto y lo señala como negrita; mas bien, usted resalta el texto y lo designa como "término" o como "cita".Cuando su documento se carga en Connexions, se conseva su estructura y su semánticca. Para descargar la plantilla de la Web de Connexions e instalarla en su ordenador, siga los siguientes pasos:

  • Lance Microsoft Word en su ordenador.
  • En el menú "Archivo", haga click en Nuevo .
  • En el panel de tareas "Nuevo documento" y en el apartado "Plantillas" haga click en En mi PC .
  • Seleccione el icono Connexions-Document en la pestaña "General" de la caja de diálogo "Plantillas".
  • Haga click en Aceptar .
  • Entre su contenido en el nuevo documento.
  • Aplique el estilo apropiado a los caracteres y párrafos a medida que vaya introduciendo nuevo contenido.
