Physical Therapist - PacMed Beacon Hill - Physical Medicine and Rehab

*Description*

Performs independent evaluations for musculoskeletal and neurological patients, formulates treatment plans and goals for all patients seen in department; performs physical therapy procedures and modalities; directs care provided by physical therapy assistants. Works at varied clinic locations as needed.

• Required Qualifications:* Graduate of an APTA approved physical therapy program.
• Completion of a clinical internship.
• Advanced training in evidence based physical therapy practice.
• Washington Physical Therapist License upon hire.
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
• Preferred Qualification:* Previous experience in ambulatory setting.
