The Opportunity:
CACI is seeking a Senior Developer to develop highly complex, mission-critical scoped and global applications for the Department of Homeland Security. As a Sr. Developer, you will be part of a development team working alongside architects, scrum masters, business analysts, and testers focused on delivering a critical case management application. The ideal candidate will be able to think critically to solve urgent mission issues, supporting end-to-end platform development from back-end configuration to Self-Service Portals.
Responsibilities:
Participate actively in agile daily scrums and ceremonies, updating stories daily in ServiceNow and documenting development progress.
Support customer requirement workshops, working with product owners/stakeholders to configure requested items using Flow Designer.
Provide technical guidance to junior and mid-level staff.
Design, create, and configure Notifications, UI Pages, UI Macros, Script Includes, Formatters, etc.
Design, create, and configure Business Rules, UI Policies, UI Actions, Client Scripts, and ACLs, including advanced scripting for CMS/Service Portal and SecOps SIR.
Support development of use cases and testing procedures, ensuring functionality, debugging, and testing before deployment.
Create and maintain system design and operations documentation.
Ensure all development aligns with ServiceNow Technical Best Practices.
Qualifications:
Required:
Ability to attain DHS EOD clearance.
BA + 10 years' experience, AA + 12 years, MA + 7 years, or 16 years of relevant experience.
One or more active ServiceNow certifications.
Extensive knowledge of ServiceNow configuration, customization, and scripting.
Experience integrating ServiceNow with external systems via SOAP or REST web services.
Experience with Okta and SSO technologies.
Experience using the Workflow Editor for configuring workflows.
Desired:
Experience with ServiceNow SecOps, specifically Security Incident Response (SIR).
Experience with ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM).
This position is contingent on funding and may not be filled immediately. Applicants may also be considered for other positions within CACI.

Pay Range

The proposed salary range for this position is: $109,800 - $241,600.
